| Main Application | Building Facades & Walls: Protecting exterior masonry, concrete, and brickwork from rain penetration while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Tiled Areas (Balconies & Terraces): Sealing grout lines and cracks in tiled surfaces without needing to replace the tiles. Wet Areas: Used in bathrooms, kitchens, and toilets to prevent seepage through floors and walls. Roofing Repair: Patching leaks on flat or sloped roofs, skylights, gutters, and chimneys. Substrate Sealing: Protecting porous materials like natural stone, marble, and wooden decks from water stains and rot. Infrastructure & DIY: Sealing PVC pipe joints, foundations, basements, and various home repair projects. |
| Characteristics | Invisible Finish: Dries to a transparent, often glossy film (sometimes called "liquid glass") that maintains the original color and texture of the substrate. Elasticity and Crack-Bridging: Remains flexible after curing, allowing it to stretch and seal micro-cracks (up to 1.5mm) caused by thermal expansion or structural movement. Breathability: Allows moisture vapor to escape from within the substrate while preventing liquid water from entering, which stops internal dampness and mold. Weather Resistance: Resistant to high and low temperatures (typically -30°C to 130°C), UV radiation, and yellowing over time. Adhesion and Stability: Strong bonding to diverse materials including concrete, wood, metal, tiles, and glass. Eco-Friendly: Most are water-based, non-toxic, odorless, and low-VOC (volatile organic compounds), making them safe for both indoor and outdoor use. |
